“Unlock the Science” Series

Chulalongkorn University proudly presents “Unlock the Science”, a new documentary series that encapsulates the scientific world. With topics ranging from the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the land we dwell on to the health of our body and mind, and the well-being of all things in the universe, this is a program that is for everyone and anyone. So, stay tuned and listen LIVE on Chula Radio Plus.

The first episode aired on Saturday, 6 March 2021, “Thailand’s Potential in Vaccine Production”, talks about the procedures of vaccine invention and manufacturing and the new technology of mRNA, a technology applied to the production of Covid-19 vaccines at the Vaccine Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, or Chula VRC. The episode interviews Dr. Kiat Ruxrungtham, Director of the Covid-19 Vaccine Development program at Chula VRC, and Dr. Drew Weissman, Professor from the School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, and expert on the mRNA technology.

“Unlock the Science” broadcasts every Saturday, from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm (starting 6 March 2021) on Chula Radio Plus FM 101.5 MHz.
