Bentham Science announces the launch of the subscription-based journal,

Current Probiotics

. The first issue of the journal will be available online in the year 2021.

Dr. E.L. de Souza is the Editor-in-Chief of this new journal. Dr. E.L. de Souza is an Associate Professor and a leading scientist at Laboratory of Food Microbiology – Department of Nutrition – Federal University of Paraíba. Dr. Hary Razafindralambo from the Universite de Liege, Liege, Belgium, serves as the Co-Editor for the journal.

The journal is devoted to all aspects of science and technology of prebiotics including functionalities and performance, analytical methodology, and applications relevant to humans, animals and plants.
