Run, Walk, Roll in Support of JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute at the 15th Annual Miles for Minds 5K

July 11, 2023 – Edison, NJ – Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center Foundation is pleased to announce its 15th Annual Miles for Minds 5K Race to support Hackensack Meridian JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, located at Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center. The race will take place on Sunday, July 30 at Roosevelt Park in Edison. 

Proceeds from the race will support JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, including its world-renowned Center for Brain Injuries and life-saving programs in stroke and cardiac rehabilitation. Funds will advance patient care across its full spectrum of rehabilitation services through improved access to equipment and technology, research, team member training and facility enhancements.

Miles for Minds, a family friendly event suited for all ages, is sanctioned by the USA Track and Field as appropriate for all skill levels. For those interested in a lighter pace, there is also a one mile fun run, walk or roll around Roosevelt Park’s lake. Participants are encouraged to post photos on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #Miles4Minds and submit their photos on the event website. This year’s Gold Sponsorship includes TCS and Silver Sponsorship includes Colliers Engineering & Design.
