2025 Spine Summit to Convene Leading Spine Surgeons in Tampa

Tampa, FL – The American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS)/Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) Section on Disorders of the Spine & Peripheral Nerves (DSPN) is pleased to host the 2025 Spine Summit, February 20–23 in Tampa, FL. This premier event will bring together top spine surgeons, researchers and health care professionals to explore “Innovation in Surgical Technology: Shaping the Future of Spine Care.”

“Innovation is at the heart of every spinal procedure today,” said Juan S. Uribe, MD, FAANS, DSPN Chair. “This summit fosters collaboration and idea-sharing that will define the future of spine care.”

The summit will feature a multi-society initiative, offering nine specialized courses in partnership with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, AO Spine North America, Brazilian Neurosurgical Society, Brazilian Spine Society, Cervical Spine Research Society, International Spine Study Group, Korean Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Research Society, Lumbar Spine Research Society and Scoliosis Research Society. These sessions will highlight cutting-edge technology, research and surgical advancements, emphasizing the power of collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

This year’s Spine Summit will take place in Tampa, a vibrant city known for its rich culture, world-class health care institutions and stunning waterfront views. With a thriving medical community and a history of fostering innovation in health care, Tampa provides an ideal setting for a meeting dedicated to advancing spine surgery.
