Dim the House Lights: The 28th New Jersey International Film Festival Hits Screens Starting Friday

Forty films from around the world will be screened at Rutgers during the 2023 New Jersey International Film Festival, which marks its 28th anniversary.  The festival – sponsored by the Rutgers Film Co-op/New Jersey Media Arts Center and the interdisciplinary cinema studies program at the School of Arts and Sciences – will be held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between Friday, June 2, and Sunday, June 11.

RUTGERS JEWISH FILM FESTIVAL GOES VIRTUAL, NOVEMBER 8–22

The 21st annual Rutgers Jewish Film Festival features a curated slate of award-winning dramatic and documentary films from Israel, the United States, and Germany that explore and illuminate Jewish history, culture, and identity. This year’s festival vill be virtual. Many films will also include a Q&A component with filmmakers, scholars, and special guests on the Zoom platform.

New Jersey Film Festival Spring 2020

The Rutgers Film Co-op/New Jersey Media Arts Center, in association with the Rutgers University Program In Cinema Studies, is proud to present the New Jersey Film Festival Spring 2020 which marks our 38th Anniversary.
