Half of our group comes from an inpatient, pediatrics background while the other half comes with adult dialysis experience. Blending the two truly translates to a strong, unique and talented team”, said Mottes. “With patient volumes growing and more pediatric specific therapies now available on the market, we saw this as a timely opportunity to bring our program internal, allowing us to be a more nimble, therapeutic care team.” said Dr. Keswani. The ADAPT Program offers several types of treatment including CRRT, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Plasmapheresis, LDH pheresis with Aquapheresis rolling out by the end of the calendar year.” Aquapheresis is now a part of the treatment options. Additionally, we are exploring the use of Aquapheresis outside the critical care units.
