In a new piece for Forbes, Prof. Susan Dudley says, “That was a campaign promise and we knew it was coming but the order goes further. It revokes the Biden administration regulatory analysis guidelines, offers some details on how the 10-for-1 requirement will be implemented, and includes some surprises regarding which regulations will be covered and which will not.”
Dudley is a distinguished professor of practice in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration. She formerly served as the director of the George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center.
Dudley is available to discuss the new executive order as it relates to analysis of guidelines, what is covered and not covered by the executive order, and the role of OMB.
