Rikkers, MD, FACS, an emeritus professor of hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and gastrointestinal surgery at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, will receive the Distinguished Service Award of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) — the ACS’ highest honor — at the Convocation ceremony during the ACS Clinical Congress 2024 in San Francisco, California.
