U.S. Department of Energy to host virtual CyberForce Competition® November 13
Who: The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Argonne National Laboratory.
What: The U.S. Department of Energy will host its CyberForce Competition® virtually.
The 2021 CyberForce Competition will be hosting approximately 135 teams attending U.S. accredited institutions. Student teams will compete to harden and defend simulated hydropower energy infrastructure from cyberattacks, while maintaining service for their customers (played by volunteers).
When: Saturday, November 13, 2021
9:30 a.m. CT – Opening remarks
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT – Competition
Where: Argonne National Laboratory

Additional DOE National Laboratories that will co-host this event include Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Livermore, CA), National Renewable Energy Laboratory (Golden, CO), Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (Richland, WA) and Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM).
