“In the last two weeks alone, Apple TV+ and Disney+ have debuted to the delight and consternation of many and entered an increasingly crowded field of competitors: Netflix, Amazon, YouTube TV, CBS AllAccess, just to name a few of the leading producers of and platforms for streaming content,” Feeley says. “HBOMax and Peacock are forthcoming from WarnerMedia and NBCUniversal respectively.  A dramatically changed future of entertainment production, distribution, and exhibition is underway before our very eyes and at our fingertips.”

Dr. Feeley is a recognized expert on popular culture and media. She holds a Ph.D. from CUNY and a B.A. from Colgate University.
