Congratulations to the following members who were installed:
Jill Rye, President-Elect, DNP RN CRRN CNL FARN, clinical nurse leader at Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health System in Sioux Falls, SD, was installed as President-Elect of ARN during the 2020-2021 term, followed by ARN President during the 2021-2022 term. Rye has served on ARN’s Conference Education Planning Committee and Board of Directors.
Mary Ann Laslo, Director, MSNc BSN CRRN CCM, clinical practice consultant at Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo, California, was installed as a Director for the next three years. Laslo was a previous member of ARN’s Conference Planning Committee and participated as a contributing author for the 8th edition of the Core Curriculum. She has also held roles as a chapter president and board member.
Raquel Neves, PhDc MSN RN, rehabilitation nurse manager at the Royal Health Group in the UAE, was installed as a Director for the next three years. Neves is an author of the ARN PRN course and is working to charter a UAE ARN Chapter after being involved with the Northern California for several years. She believes through a globalization and internationalization, ARN will be able to reach more rehab nurses around the World.
Donna Williams, MSN RN CRRN, rehabilitation nurse case manager at the Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in Vallejo, CA, was installed to the Nominating and Leadership Development Committee for the next three years. Williams has held several leadership positions with ARN including
Fellowship Task Force member, Budget and Finance Committee member, Director, Secretary/Treasurer, and Past President. She also participated as an author for the 8th edition of the Core Curriculum, and most recently as the Northern California Chapter President in 2019.
