New book shows organizations how to incorporate insights from behavioural science


Toronto – Every organization is ultimately in the business of behavioral change. Whether it involves advocating for a social cause, building customer loyalty, or delivering government services, behavioral change is critical to organizational success. Even so, most groups don’t have a clear roadmap for embedding insights from behavioral science into their operations. Dilip Soman is a professor of marketing and holds the Canada Research Chair in Behavioral Science and Economics at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He serves as director of the Behavioral Economics in Action Research Centre at Rotman.

Catherine Yeung is an associate professor of marketing at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
