Responding to this week’s news about the smog that has covered New Delhi, India in a haze and can be seen from space, Argonne National Laboratory researcher Daniel Goldberg can speak as an expert source about this problem.

New Delhi’s smog has raised health concerns for the city’s 20+ million residents as many struggle to go outside without masks. The air pollution is at “dangerous” levels, according the World Health Organization, and limits visibility, leading the city to cancel flights and schools.
