Anne Rimoin, infectious disease expert and professor of epidemiology at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, also serves as director of the Fielding School’s Center for Global and Immigrant Health and founding director of the Fielding School’s UCLA-DRC Health Research and Training program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. • Rimoin is an expert on global health and emerging infectious diseases, including zoonotic infections (ones that go from animals to humans), which include coronavirus.

Dr. Robert Kim-Farley, infectious disease expert and professor-in-residence at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, previously served as the Director of the Division of Communicable Disease Control and Prevention at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and, before that, for the WHO in Asia and Europe.• An MD by training and infectious disease expert with decades of experience working at both the local and global level.• Served for 14 years as the Director of the Division of Communicable Disease Control and Prevention at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.• Previous served as: World Health Organization Representative to India and Indobnesia; Director of the WHO Expanded Programme on Immunization, Geneva, Switzerlando Public Health Advisor for the United States Agency for International Development, Washington, D.C
