Join best-selling author James Nestor on ‘breath’ and sinus health

ARS just launched a new resource, SinusHealth.com, the first patient-focused online resource dedicated to nasal and sinus conditions and their treatments powered by the experts at the American Rhinologic Society. It aims to provide accurate, timely, trusted education for patients and caregivers seeking information to improve their rhinologic health.

WHO: James Nestor will discuss his book Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, published in 2020 to critical acclaim, that explores the science of breathing, its impact on health, and the relationship between poor breathing and a host of maladies, including sleep apnea, autoimmune disorders, asthma, and allergies. He will review recent cutting-edge studies in pulmonology, psychology, biochemistry, and human physiology coupled with conventional wisdom of what we thought we knew about our most basic biological function on its head. The webinar will include a participant Q&A session with Mr. Nestor and ARS otolaryngologists.
