Heidi E. Conway joins Dana-Farber to lead Human Resources Department

Heidi E. Conway will become Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief People Officer at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, effective July 12, 2021.

Conway brings deep experience in leading human resources initiatives that support employee development, engagement, mentorship and well-being, and the growth of a diverse and inclusive workforce. She has a deep understanding of how to lead an innovative human resources department that works collaboratively to support organizational goals and priorities.

Glimcher, MD, President and CEO of Dana-Farber.

Conway joins Dana-Farber from Johns Hopkins University where she has served in varying capacities in the Office of Human Resources since 2005. She is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to her time at Johns Hopkins, Conway’s career and education began in New England. She worked in the Office of Human Resources for Harvard University in a number of positions in the Human Resources Department. 

She earned a B.A. from New England College, and also holds an M.S. from Boston College.
