Corporal Punishment Expert Available

As a Florida school principal is under investigation for paddling a six-year-old student, Albany Law School has an expert available to speak about corporal punishment.

Her research paper on the topic is, “Corporal Punishment, Social Norms and Norm Cascades: Examining Cross-National Laws and Trends in Homes Across the Globe.“

It was published in the William & Mary Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice in 2020.
