Constitutional Law Professor Available to Discuss 25th Amendment

Maryland Carey Law constitutional law expert Professor Mark Graber, JD is prepared to discuss the 25^th amendment to the constitution in light of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s statement during a Thursday news conference that she’ll be “talking about the 25^th amendment” on Friday.

The 25^th amendment clarifies that the vice president becomes president if the president dies, resigns, or is removed from office; and establishes procedures for filling a vacancy in the office of the vice president and for responding to presidential disabilities.

Graber can explain:
